Group Spiritual Accompaniment

Are you looking for reflection and connection in these challenging times?

Journey through autumn with a small group of spiritual explorers. Slow down and become aware of how Spirit (however you name this great mystery) is working in your life and the lives of others. Each session will include a contemplative opening (poetry, music, meditation, etc.), times of silence and times of sharing. The group will serve as a safe container of deep listening.

Group members are asked to try to commit to all sessions (understanding that life happens!) to form a safe and supportive group.
