Group Spiritual Accompaniment via ZOOM
Are you looking for reflection and connection in these challenging times?
Journey through autumn with a small group of spiritual explorers. Slow down and become aware of how Spirit (however you name this great mystery) is working in your life and the lives of others. Each session will include a contemplative opening (poetry, music, meditation, etc.), times of silence and times of sharing. The group will serve as a safe container of deep listening.
Learning to Go Slow
Friday, October 23 – Sunday, October 25
South Bend, IN
“The times are urgent: let’s slow down.” – Bayo Akomolafe
As the colorful leaves fall, let’s practice going slow. During this weekend, we will focus on being present to the movement of Spirit (however we name this Great Mystery) in the joys and challenges of our lives, families, communities, and world. What are we noticing? Learning? Being invited to? And how do we want to respond?
Our time together will include contemplative practices, time in nature, group sharing, individual reflection and more.
