Group Spiritual Accompaniment
Are you looking for nourishment in these dark times?
Journey through winter and spring with a small group of spiritual explorers. Slow down and become aware of how Spirit (however you name this great mystery) is working in your life and the lives of others. Each session will include a contemplative opening (poetry, music, meditation, etc.), times of silence and times of sharing. The group will serve as a safe container of deep listening.
Spring Training: A Morning of Reflection
Friday, April 24, Chicago, Illinois
What do the words, “spring training” bring to mind? Baseball? Sunscreen? Stadium snacks? Getting your own body in shape after the long Chicago winter? How about focusing on your spiritual life (which includes ALL of life?)
In this morning of reflection, we will focus on spiritual practices for the spring season. During our time together we will engage in practices such as meditation, contemplation of music or art, journaling, etc. There will be time for individual reflection and group sharing.
We will conclude with a light lunch featuring stadium snacks.
Retreats and Times of Reflection
Custom programs can be developed to meet the interests of your group. Below are some possible topics:

- Self-Care
- Ignatian Spirituality
- Meditation
- Contemplative Prayer
- Journey through Life
Sessions may include:
- facilitator reflections
- guided meditation
- participant discussion
- creative expression and
- other activities.
Programs may be offered:
- over a period of several days
- in a morning or afternoon of reflection or
- in an abbreviated one hour format.
They may be held:
- at your location
- a retreat house or
- remotely.
Ongoing Groups
Groups typically meeting weekly or monthly. Each session includes some facilitator input with most of the time dedicated to participant sharing and/or spiritual practice. Below are some possible topics:

- Connections (with self, others, the Divine, nature, and all of life
- Change and Transition
- Grief and Loss
- Meditation
- Contemplative Prayer
